Treble Peak, the platform that makes it easy to invest and operate in private markets, has raised £5 million in new equity capital to accelerate its next phase of growth across the UK and Europe.
Over the past 18 months, the firm has secured partnerships with leading private equity managers, including Passion Capital, Headway Capital, DN Capital, Episode 1, Seraphim Ventures, and Hanover Investors.
Treble Peak’s momentum reflects the growing appetite for private market access among non-institutional investors. In the past decade, global private wealth allocations to private markets have nearly tripled and in 2024, private equity-backed exit value increased by 7.6% to £640 billion, marking the third highest on record.
Treble Peak’s latest funding round supports the company’s plan to scale its proprietary technology, onboard more top-tier fund managers and broaden investor access across Europe. This comes at a time when there is a growing appetite for private markets fund managers to seek new non-institutional investors, with European private equity fundraising reaching £100 billion in the first half of 2024.
The round attracted investment from a group of leading European financial figures and institutions, including René Beltjens, former Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Alter Domus, Tor Erland Fyksen, Founder of two European consumer banks, and Just Arne Storvik, Norwegian tech investor.
As global wealth shifts and more investors look to diversify portfolios through alternative assets, with private market’s assets growing at nearly 20% annually since 2018, Treble Peak is well positioned to lead a new generation of accessible, technology-driven private market investing.
Founded in 2022, Treble Peak has rapidly emerged as a leading platform for private wealth investors and fund managers, streamlining access to private markets. The platform gives investors access to institutional-quality investments with lower minimums, while helping fund managers raise capital at scale.
