Mojo-CX, a Manchester-based startup, has raised Β£2.25m in a funding round led by NPIF II β Praetura Equity Finance with additional participation from River Capitalβs fund:AI, the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), and Foresight β from the Midlands Engine Investment Fund (MEIF). Founded by Jimmy Hosang, the company develops AI-driven tools for analysing customer service conversations, training call handling staff, and improving the user experience.
Its platform includes MO, an AI team leader, JO, an agent assistant, and CECE, an AI-powered analytics tool that accelerates insight generation by up to 99%. These solutions help businesses like Concentrix, AA, and Fiserv enhance customer interactions, improve service quality, and drive loyalty.
The new capital will support the introduction of voice AI and automated quality assurance, as well as the expansion of Mojo-CXβs sales and engineering teams, positioning the company for further growth in the customer contact industry.
