Luminance has raised Β£60m in a Series C round led by Point72 Private Investments, with participation from Forestay Capital, RPS Ventures, Schroders Capital, and existing investors March Capital, National Grid Partners, and Slaughter and May. The company develops AI-powered contract automation and analysis tools, used by over 700 organisations worldwide.

Luminance has seen a fivefold increase in customers and sixfold ARR growth in the past two years. To meet growing demand, it expanded headcount by 80% in 2024, particularly in North America, where it opened three new offices. Recent innovations include Lumi Go, an AI-powered contract negotiation tool.

The new funding will support global expansion, including new offices across the US, APAC, and Europe, as well as continued R&D at its Cambridge hub to extend its AI platform into procurement and compliance use cases.
