Lighthouse, a London-based travel and hospitality tech company, has raised $370m (£290m) in a Series C round led by KKR through its Next Generation Technology III Fund. Existing investors Spectrum Equity, F-Prime Capital, Eight Roads Ventures, and Highgate Technology Ventures also participated. Founded by Sean Fitzpatrick, Lighthouse provides AI-powered commercial intelligence tools to over 70,000 hospitality properties globally, streamlining operations and improving guest experiences.

Lighthouse processes 400 terabytes of market data daily and uses AI to deliver actionable insights, enabling customers to optimise revenue and operational efficiency. With 700 employees worldwide and an NPS score of 70+, the company has positioned itself as a leader in the $15bn travel and hospitality tech market.

The funding will support product innovation, strategic acquisitions, and global expansion, while leveraging KKR’s extensive expertise and network. KKR’s Stephen Shanley highlighted Lighthouse’s ability to deliver value to diverse hospitality operators, from global chains to independent properties.

This round follows an $80m Series B in 2021 and reflects Lighthouse’s strong growth trajectory and leadership in transforming hospitality with data-driven insights.
