Hammer Missions, a London-based AI company focused on structural inspections, has raised £1.4 million to accelerate its international growth and product development. The round included backing from ACF Investors as well as angels such as Graham Hunter, Martin Grant, and Stephen Bullock.

The company provides an AI-driven drone software platform that automates building inspections and delivers detailed 3D reports. By capturing and analysing structural data quickly and remotely, it enables use cases like roof and facade assessments, defect detection, and thermal forensics, while cutting down on the time and cost of traditional inspection methods.

Its software streamlines the inspection workflow, allowing professionals to act on insights rather than spend time on data analysis. Hammer Missions has supported over 5,000 projects with more than 20,000 drone flights since its founding in 2019.

The new capital will be used to expand the company’s presence in North America and continue advancing its AI inspection tools.

We built our drone software with simplicity at its core, to help industry stakeholders gather actionable data for any type of building structure. We’re working with exceptional clients and partners, and look forward to using the funding to expand internationally and improve our product offering to remain at the cutting edge of inspection technology in the built environment.

Hammer Missions radically changes the economics for building owners who need to perform accurate assessments of the structures they own and manage. Many large buildings are hard and expensive to access, reducing the ability to assess them for safety or preventative maintenance. Thanks to Hammer they can now do this quickly, accurately and cost effectively. We are pleased to be backing Varun and his team as it builds through its next phase of growth.
