Fyxer AI is built to solve the acute pain of 'email & meeting overload' felt by client-facing professionals. Fyxer organizes email inboxes, drafts replies, and generates sharp meeting notes. The company has raised a £8m Series A funding round to accelerate its expansion across the US and UK.

The round was led by 20VC, with participation from Marc Benioff (Salesforce), Christian Reber (Pitch), Lenny Rachitsky (Lenny Pod), Marcelo Claure (ex-Softbank CEO), David Singleton (ex-Stripe CTO), 20Growth, 20Product. Additionally, high-profile strategic investors including Nico Rosberg (Formula 1 Champion), Pat Cummins (Australian Cricket Captain), and Mario Götze (German Footballer) have joined the round.

AI adoption has failed real professionals. Fyxer is changing this to solve the professional productivity crisis

Despite an explosion in workplace communication tools, professional workers are still drowning in emails, meetings, and admin tasks. While AI has transformed industries like finance and healthcare, adoption in client-facing industries like real estate and recruitment has been minimal, leaving people overwhelmed and inefficient.

Fyxer AI is changing that. Fyxer is built for industries where AI adoption has lagged. It acts as an AI Executive Assistant, organizing and prioritizing email inboxes, drafting replies in the user’s own tone, and recording sharp meeting notes. The result is people have more time spent on high-value work, and fewer hours lost to repetitive admin.

Fyxer AI has already managed over 40,000 email inboxes, with professionals trusting its drafts so much that 53% are sent with little to no edits. This reliability has driven rapid enterprise adoption, including a recent seven-figure contract with the largest real estate broker in the US, an example of how businesses are turning to Fyxer AI to unlock productivity at scale.

Enterprise clients increases seats 5x in 3 months. Because employees actually use it

An unspoken truth about AI adoption in Enterprise is that most implementations fail.

Over half of employees rarely or never use AI at work*, despite heavy investment in AI tools like Copilot, many companies struggle with adoption as employees simply don’t use them. The issue is that generic AI tools either fail to integrate seamlessly into existing enterprise workflows, or deliver on the quality of the promise they make.

Fyxer AI changes that. Instead of adding another disconnected tool, Fyxer seamlessly integrates into existing work tools (Outlook and Gmail), meaning there are no new behaviours to learn.

A testament to its impact is that customers who start with a single seat often expand to 100+ users within months, with enterprise clients increasing spending 5x in just three months.

Glenn Sanford, CEO of eXp Realty commented: “We've tried hundreds of tools, very few actually work. Fyxer AI is different. Our team loves it, and more importantly, it gives us an edge. We can now respond faster than our competition, and in Real Estate, the fastest to respond wins. It’s that simple.”

The way professionals work with email hasn’t fundamentally changed in decades. Until now. We built Fyxer AI because we saw firsthand how people in professional services are held back by the sheer volume of repetitive admin. AI has traditionally been out of reach and too complicated for many, but with Fyxer AI we’re bringing a step change in productivity to industries that never thought it was possible.

AI startups severely underestimate how difficult it is to sell to enterprises; you have to deeply understand organisation workflows, software purchasing cycles and general user inertia. So signing a 7 figure ARR deal with an enterprise in 5 days from first call to contract signing was a huge signal that their platform is already best in class. Combine this with Rich, Archie & Matt being a top 1% founding team, globally, with insane traction, meant leading Fyxer's round was a no brainer for 20VC.
